Training and profile information

To provide personalized training features, Ascent may store information you choose to provide, such as:

• Experience level
• Training availability and preferences
• Workout programs
• Exercises, sets, repetitions, weights and RIR
• Workout history and performance
• Cardio activity entered in the app
• Optional body-weight entries
• Optional health information you choose to provide, such as pregnancy or postpartum status and joints to protect

This information is used to operate the app, track your progress and personalize your training experience. Optional health information is used only to build a safer program and to power the AI Coach.
